Privacy policy

We collect the details you give us, we use them to reply to you and run the service you asked for, and we don’t sell them to anyone. Ever.

If you fill in the mockup form: what you coach, your Instagram handle or link, and your email — used to build your free mockup and reply to you.

If you complete a questionnaire or request a call: the answers and contact details you type in — used to prepare your review and follow up.

If you become a client: your name, business name, email, and billing status. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

Site analytics: we use privacy-respecting page analytics (no advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies) to see which pages get visited.

To reply to your enquiry, deliver the service you signed up for, send you the emails that operate that service (onboarding, go-live, monthly reports, billing), and keep basic business records we’re legally required to keep. We only send marketing if you asked for it, and every such email tells you how to stop it — consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

The infrastructure we run on processes data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (file storage). Each is bound by its own privacy terms; some are hosted overseas (US). We don’t sell or rent your details to anyone, and we don’t share them beyond what running the service requires.

You can ask us any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we’ll do so unless a law requires us to keep it — e.g. tax records). Email hello@aend.com.au and we’ll sort it, usually within a few days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).

If you’re a coach we build a funnel for, the leads your funnel captures are your data — we store and process them only to run your site and reporting, and we hand them over (and delete our copy on request) if you leave.
