What Doin Coaching
One coach. The whole machine.
What Doin Coaching came to us with an audience and a Linktree. We built every surface between a follower and a paying client: the site, the challenge funnel, the members portal, and a nutrition app.
- 35warm leads in two weeks
- 4surfaces built
- 9chains in the tracker
- 2platforms shipped
Chapter 1 · The site
A front door that actually closes.
- The problem
- Attention from posts and DMs landed on a Linktree. No story, no offer, no reason to book. The interest was real and it leaked out the bottom.
- What we built
- A content-managed site he edits himself, copy, images and testimonials included, with lead capture wired straight to his inbox. The lead row saves before any email fires, so a send failure never loses an enquiry.
- The outcome
- One link from any post or video drops the right follower straight onto the offer. Every submission hits his inbox instantly.

Chapter 2 · Challenge funnel
Launch a cohort by editing a page.
- The problem
- Challenge launches ran through DMs. No repeatable intake, no record of who signed up, and no way to tell which partner actually filled the cohort.
- What we built
- A signup funnel on its own subdomain that he configures without a developer. Banner, video, and the signup questions themselves are all editable. Referral links record per-referrer clicks and conversions, and the click is logged without ever breaking the redirect.
- The outcome
- Every signup lands in one admin with its source attached. When signups close, the same subdomain flips over to the members portal.

Chapter 3 · Members portal
See who is slipping before it is too late.
- The problem
- Running an eight week transformation challenge across spreadsheets and DMs meant the coaches could not see who was falling behind until the challenge was almost over.
- What we built
- A full members area with passwordless sign in by six digit email code. Participants log a daily weigh in, tick five daily habits, and upload weekly progress photos from three angles. Coaches get a cohort dashboard with automatic status pills, a leaderboard, private and client visible notes, and a one click Week 1 versus Final photo collage export.
- The outcome
- An accepted signup becomes a tracked participant in one click. The coaches read compliance across the whole cohort at a glance, and finish every challenge holding the before and after artefact that sells the next one.

Chapter 4 · Nutrition tracker
In your client's pocket every time they eat out.
- The problem
- Clients eat fast food and Australian chains bury their nutrition data. He wanted a branded tool useful enough that people share it.
- What we built
- An Australian fast food macro tracker covering nine chains, with ingredient level customisation per chain. A seven step Subway builder, a KFC bucket builder, and per slice bases and toppings for Domino's. It suggests the best fitting menu item for a macro target, saves meals, and shares a built meal by URL with no login. Every nutrition value carries a provenance tag so an estimate is never passed off as official. A separate React Native build adds an iOS home screen widget.
- The outcome
- A branded utility that earns the attention, with the coaching offer one tap away. The same funnel logic in product form.
